[Answered] I signed up for hosting 3 days ago and still haven't received my info

I'd like to get my website up, but y'all never sent my password to me. It said up to 48 hours, and it's been longer than that. My email is nike188878003.com, and my site is Siyk.com.

I don't have access to check on it from here but if you paid with a paypal e-mail address that was different from the one you signed up for we may be waiting for confirmation from the paypal e-mail address that the payment is legit.

I would submit a ticket to Accounting Division to find out what's going on!

The email address you tried to send to doesn't even exist anymore, and hasn't for some years. Nike188878003.com is the email that has been used the past few years on the Paypal account. I'm not sure how y'all found the other one. I can't submit a ticket because I don't have a password. I used your hosting about a year ago and never had this problem. I don't know why it's doing it now.

You do not need a password or login in order to SUBMIT A TICKET. Just click on the "SUBMIT A TICKET" link and it will let you do this right away. =)

Well in that case, then I would highly suggest creating a new helpdesk account and using your NEW email for this. Also this way you may keep track of all of your tickets. Just click on the REGISTER link right next to the SUBMIT A TICKET link. =)

the problem is that were trying to confirm with the paypal email siyk signed up with. which he doesn't have access to.
