[Answered] I signed up for hosting 3 days ago and still haven't received my info
I'd like to get my website up, but y'all never sent my password to me. It said up to 48 hours, and it's been longer than that. My email is nike1888

I don't have access to check on it from here but if you paid with a paypal e-mail address that was different from the one you signed up for we may be waiting for confirmation from the paypal e-mail address that the payment is legit.

replies to the ticket you submit will be sent to the email address though s it won't be very helpful since you don't have access to it

Well in that case, then I would highly suggest creating a new helpdesk account and using your NEW email for this. Also this way you may keep track of all of your tickets. Just click on the REGISTER link right next to the SUBMIT A TICKET link. =)

the problem is that were trying to confirm with the paypal email siyk signed up with. which he doesn't have access to.
