That was never the problem -- the problem is a misconfiguration that doesn't have the www alias. Hence the site is still experiencing the problem.

My site is working okay again, but now I'm having a "" Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted" come up on my blog...

Create a php.ini file and paste in the following information and it should fix it.

memory_limit = 100M

The error you were getting is something to do with wordpress or whatever blog software you have not being updated to run with php5 and is still trying to run on php4, At least this is from what I understood when I had this issue.
