Right basically i think im being really really stupid. But i dont seem to have a user name or password? Like...to login to cpanel or submit a tickets or anything. Please help me. lol. Im sorry if im being thick.

Did you just sign up? All accounts take roughly 24 hours before they're activated and ready to go. You should get your information soon.

if you are new to the helpdesk then you will need to register your account. Click the register button and then your username will be the email address that you normal use and then you select the password of your choice. When that is done, just check the verification email and you will be able to submit a ticket asking for your logins.

Your cPanel login/etcetera will be in your Welcome Email. Which, if you haven't yet received it, should come sometime within 24 hours of your signing up.

As for tickets, you need to register your email at the Help Desk (desk.surpasshosting.com).
