Hi, I signed up with surpass 2 days ago and still haven't recieved any info with my domain/surpass login. I was hoping to submit a ticket for this instead of going through the forums, but I need my login info to do that (unless I'm misunderstanding something on the ticket page).

I was hoping that if you guys needed any more information from me I could provide it to get this moving along a little bit quicker.

The domain name I was trying to register (under your v-day specail btw) was kirkalurk.com.

If someone could please get back to me that would be great. I didn't see a place to email you guys at all, but feel free to drop me a email if needed at kirkjordangmail.com

You can submit a ticket at the help desk without logging in, just click on submit a ticket.

However, if you want to you can register for an account at the help desk by clicking on register. This is not the same as the login information Surpass will send you for your hosting account.
