New Account Activation
If time permits can someone take a look at [FONT='Verdana','sans-serif']CRS-845775 and help me get my new account activated? Also, I have several people who will be moving off of my reseller plan and signing up for their own account... how long should i tell them it will probably take from the time they sign up to when they can access their account?[/font]

With the promotion going on it can take up to 48 hours before an account is activated. This is due to the fact that out accounting department has to put all new accounts through a fraud check.
I just checked your ticket and can see that your new account has been activated. So you should be getting a welcome email shortly. I'll reply to the ticket with some more info for you.
