Thanks Danny, have already sent in quite a few tickets. One of the staff, REMOVED, has already brought my case up to the attention of Surpass, but still no activation.

.............I seeme to be the only one left without activation. hmmmm..

As you can tell by all the post's regarding the One-Love im sure both sales & support are rushed off their feet, i think the One-Love's finished now, don't quote me on it though, so things should start to speed up soon !
Just hold on in there, as i said before it's well worth it!
