Quick question: When can I expect a welcome email?

OK, I'm probably jumping the gun here, but I've got a quick question:

I just signed up for hosting last night with the option to update my nameservers only.

A few minutes ago I received an 'Invoice Due' email, so I paid the invoice. I then received the 'Payment processed' email.

So I'm crystal clear, is the 'Welcome' email with my nameservers supposed to come after this? I just want to make sure my place of employment didn't detect the email as spam or something.

Thanks,

It should, but I would also check the spam/bulk mail folder, because sometimes the Surpass Welcome emails are filtered into those boxes. If anything, I would submit a ticket to support in regards to this, so they may re-issue you the welcome email. =)

During the onelove sale, accounts can take up to 48 hours to be activated due to the high load. But like Roxy said, make sure to check your spam folder also just in case

Well, that's what I'm unsure about. Is the account normally activated before or after I've paid the bill? I guess I just find it odd that if I go to my billing area I can see a username and password for my
site in the 'packages' area of my account site.

Thanks for the quick responses.

The username and password are just generated randomly by the billing system. Accounts are not generated until after all pending bills have been paid
