Welcome Email?

Hi.. I'm a new customer and I just ordered the one love promotion yesterday afternoon, my dad helped me, seeing as I'm only 14 and can't pay for it yet. Does him paying for it and using my email as the registerer affect the time that the welcome email will come or is it something else?

Nope, it should not. It can take up to 48 hours for an account approval as our sales/accounting teams are much busier than usual due to the promo.

It can take up to 24-48 hours for an account to be processed, thus stalling your Welcome Email. No worries, I'm sure you will have it soon enough to the email that you signed up with. Also make sure to check your spam/bulk email, as sometimes Surpass emails are filtered into that box. =)

When your account is processed, you'll be sure to receive it in email ASAP, can't say for sure! But this can take up to 48 hours.

Be sure to check your spam/junk folders also.. every now and then people will find them in there.

None of the emails have been found in there.

I am just wondering if it's an issue with how we paid and stuff.

He signed up using his credit card, but we payed the invoice using his paypal.

If someone could please activate my account, I'd be so grateful!
