I ORDERED LIKE 5 MINUTES AGO. WHERE IS MY SERVER?????

Kidding. But I did seriously just order a dedicated server. I shall become a Surpass client again for the first time in two years.

submit a ticket to support (you don't have to login to submit a ticket) , a 5 minute wait time is ridiculous.
