I signed up for the One Love special here on Surpass on the 22nd and today is the 24th. 48 hours have passed since I signed up (which is the estimated wait) and I haven't received my account information yet. The primary domain is luscinae.net. Is there anything that can be done, for example to check up that you have my sign up form or tell me how much longer to wait? Thanks for your time, I appreciate it.

I got my One Love II invoice on Friday and I still haven't gotten my Welcome email. I feel the same way.

You should send a ticket through the help desk. I should do that too, as a matter of fact.

I had this same problem, and I was instructed to send a help desk ticket. You don't need a log in, just send one, and you should be receiving your response within a few hours! ^^;

You have to understand that when Surpass runs a promotion as amazing as this, a lot of people take advantage of it, just like you. The increased sign-ups means that it may take longer than usual for them to get to your account.
