just not working
yesterday i pointed the domain to the servers i needed to and it worked for like 5 mins but then i wasnt able to goto my domain so i used my ip address to access cpanel and that isnt working either. im new to this and im just wondering if i might have done something wrong or if i need to put in a ticket

Well if it worked for those 5 minutes and then just stopped, something is really wrong and I would suggest to yes, submit a ticket to the help desk. http://desk.surpasshosting.com/
Now as for your IP address. Remember to put in both your IP and username to get to your space. EXAMPLE: http://ipaddress/~username/

i didnt know about the username but i used that and it wouldnt work either so i guess i'll submit a ticket
