confused noob - ftp/settings questions
Hi all - first post.
I have my site in progress that i'd like to upload for the first time. I bought Fetch ftp software (i'm on a mac), and i'd like to know where i get the proper settings that i need to setup fetch. I've been trying to follow this (Tutorial: New Users, Getting Started) tutorial, but am still confused. Hostname? sounds simple, but, i'm not sure Username - know that password - know that too am i uploading to my public folder? thanks in advance |

thanks, i figured that out.
My problem now, is that, there are so many usernames & passwords involved in setting up the different accounts with surpass, i'm just not sure which goes with which. The server keeps denying all of the combinations that i know of. I opened a help desk ticket to have someone email me my correct username/password. |
