[Answered] Login problems on Surpass website.

I wanted to order a hosting package from you guys and it asked me to either create a new account or to login. Well my e-mail address was already used so obviously I have an account here still.

So I went to log in with my e-mail and password. It didn't log me in. I pressed "Forgot Password" and it sent me a new password but it won't log me in still.

If it says I have an account, why can't I log in? And why is the "forgot password" thing not working?

Well you have a number of options...

The easiest way to go about this... Submit a ticket to support asking them to resend your login details, so that you can purchase the new package as "an existing member" and have both packages under one account.

You can create a new account with an alternative email address, or you can submit a ticket asking the help desk to process the new account with your existing email. If you go with the alternate email, you can later ask support to merge the accounts, so they are under one account.

You don't need to login in order to submit a ticket. On the help desk home page, just click where it says "Submit Ticket" on the right side. =)
