Are you waiting for your site to show up from the domain, or are you waiting for your Welcome Email with all of your hosting account's information?

If your waiting for your welcome email, please send in a ticket to sales, so that they me resend it to you. Also make sure to check your spam/bulk mailbox. Sometimes Surpass emails are filtered into those boxes.

If your waiting for your site to come up from the domain, make sure that you have entered the correct nameservers within your registrar. If you still are having problems, then I would suggest submitting a ticket to support. =)

Your registrar is the place where you purchased your domain name from. For example, if you purchased your domain name from surpassdomains.com, you would log into your account on that site and then go to edit/change nameservers (sometimes called "custom namesevers") once there you would change the "default" nameservers already there with the ones we provided you with in your Welcome email. (EX. ns000.dizinc.com & ns001.dizinc.com) Once you save it, it can take from 2 hours to 48, sometimes much less for the domain to propagate.

i found the nameserver page that you were talking about. when its only giving me an option to put in one of the nameservers and then the ip address... but when i do that it says the domain does not match.

Is it meaning the nameserver and the IP address? Remember the IP address has to be that of the nameservers. You can find it and make sure its correct by pinging the nameserver.

If you are using windows go to the START menu and click on RUN. Type cmd into the input field and click enter (or OK). A black window will appear type ping and then leave a space and type in the nameserver, then click enter. It will then give you the IP address. Copy it and paste it again in your registrar and try to see if it works. =)

If you're not using windows, then please post your nameserver here and I will ping it for you and give you the IP address. =)

BTW: What is your domain name?
