[Answered] Account Information Email - nearing 24hrs
hi guys, i signed up for a VPS account last night (11pm Manila Time) and till now i havent received the account information email. I got the Surpass VPS Signup Receipt email though, it contains a Username and Password. Im not sure of where to put them in though.
Now its nearing the 24hr mark (yeah i know you still got 2hrs ) and i still havent got the account information email, but its just that im really itching to get the account as this would be my very first VPS and im so excited lol ![]() btw, just to let you know before i took the plunge of having a VPS, i did some extensive research and everything i read of Surpass is just awesome! so im here now and looking forward for fun and profitable time here in Surpass ![]() |

In regards to your welcome email, have you tried checking your spam/bulk mailbox? Sometimes Surpass emails are filtered into those boxes. If not then I would highly suggest submitting a ticket to the sales department in the help desk. http://desk.surpasshosting.com/ Thank you for your patience. =)

i just found something cool, when i signed up for the helpdesk and viewed my tickets, i saw my application for VPS

uhhmm.. haha actually i reopened the ticket since i got 2 IP addresses in the account email and only one is working. im a bit at a loss here (beginner's woes

yeah, from the response time i got the first time im really impressed.
![]() i got a feeling that they mistakenly setup the account on the wrong IP. the other ip is working, and the cpanel is all setup in there, but the problem is there's no cpanel license for that ip lol the cpanel license is for the other ip that i could not connect to ![]() |
