[Answered] can i copy surpass' TOS, AUP etc and use it for my hosting service?

hi,

i just recently signed up for a VPS account and i'm wondering if i could copy the TOS, AUP and other legal stuff that surpass uses and modify (change the surpass to my hosting service) it for my own use?

I hope it's ok cuz I did it :P. I figured if my clients went by surpass terms as well as I then we should be in good shape.

Yeah this is perfectly fine because as you said, they will need to follow the same rules as you so it all makes sense

We're actually going to have a download section on the new website where clients can grab certain files, such as policies that match our own. There will be highlighted blanks for your business name.
