Domain Has Yet To Show...

Hey, I'm new to this whole process and maybe I fudged something up, but in any case, I have a problem.

If I try going to my domain (soldier-on.net), nothing shows. In my cPanel, I can't view my pages if I try to view them via the URL. I did some investigating, and found that the nameservers sent to me through my account info email did not match the ones listed on the Whois Server.

Email:
Quote:
ns2068.dizinc.com
ns2069.dizinc.com
Whois:
Quote:
Domain Name: SOLDIER-ON.NET
Registrar: ENOM, INC.
Whois Server: whois.enom.com
Referral URL: eNom - domain name, internet services, dns hosting
Name Server: NS1024.DIZINC.COM
Name Server: NS1025.DIZINC.COM
Status: clientTransferProhibited
Is this the source of the problem? Can I fix this manually? Or do I need to submit a ticket?

Thanks in advance!

I just checked the status of all four of the nameservers, and none of them are linked with soldier-on.net's IP address. Which sounds... like a problem... So yeah, I probably need to submit a ticket?

Can this get resolved any other way?

hi there

if you've got access to your registrar, you could just change the nameservers yourself. or if not, i guess you just have to submit a ticket for that.

dont worry they usually answer the tickets fast

Hi soldier on,

You were correct, the name servers set for your account at the registrar were incorrect and they were not the NS reflected in your welcome email. This is a common mistake and important step in getting your hosting account up and running. I have made the necessary changes for you since your domain is also registered with Surpass.
You can view the name server change at the following url, intoDNS: soldier-on.net - check DNS server and mail server health

NS changes take from 1-24hr+ depending on your location. Clear your cache and check from a proxy or another location if you experience viewing trouble. SOLDIER-ON.net [Anonymoused]

Enjoy!
