Alrighty, I've finally gotten myself registered onto Surpass. But I have a problem; I can't get into my domain to change the DNS. Since my old host registered my domain (and didn't tell me who the registrar was), it took a long time to even find who I'm paying to keep the domain online. Thankfully, my friend helped me track it down via registrar.com .
This is the problem; my domain is www.minaachan.com and the registrar is www.key-systems.net , yet I have no idea how I'll be able to go in and redirect the name servers, because I was never given the login information. Or, I have the login information, I just don't know what to do exactly with it. Help! Edit: if it helps any, I was also an endore.com hostee when it went out of business. Now I'm a surpass hostee, but.. a confused one. |

The only thing you can do is contact the registrar and try to obtain the login information from them, or get them to change the DNS settings of your domain for you.

I did that, thanks for replying to my e-mail. ^^ (and to this message, too.. ;; )
All I need to do is wait for the registrar's support team to reply. They're based in Germany, however.. so.. argh, it'll be over the next day or so... |

edit-- got the information I wanted for the DNS. Now, one more question (then I think I'll be done and I'll shut up and be happy ;; ).... how to switch the CPanel to saying it's the new domain name? The new one's going to be the main one, after all. (i.e., it now says "welcome, minaachan.com!" or.. if it matters.. or if it should say "welcome, be-winged.net!" or.. if it switches on it's own... ....)
