It shows as not registered on WhoIs. But as patrickb says it is 12 to 72 hours for it to resolve. If it is not up at 72 hours or later, please contact support.
Don't feel alone, I'm (eagerly) waiting for one to resolve since Tuesday Night.

I went and looked, and your domain registration did indeed go through yesterday. The Nameservers are already setup correctly, so you need do nothing but wait at this point.
