Hi, I've been waiting 24 hours for a responce to my Add-on question.
Here are my problems so far. 1) Please check out my cpanel, it's not working properly, the graphics are not loading. and it's very confusing to look at and figure out. 2) My add-on domains are not being added properly, yet the subdomains are. 3) My add-on domains are not forwarding to the subdomain names. I've tried removing and redoing and it's just not working. Thanks. |

Please email support
surpasshosting.com with your domain name and all the problems you are having. Also mentioned exactly which addon domains you are trying to add, the steps you are taking, and any errors you are receiving to help speed up the process.Thanks

24/7 support.... What a joke! I've been waiting 24 hours and you do a hand off about my problem. Some how you were able to help me here in this forum the other day, but not today?
Why can't you answer this question or forward my question to support yourself, since this is what a good company with good customer suppolrt would do.I'll tell you why, because you don't want the public reading this forum and seeing that your site doesn't work. Actually nothing has worked properly since I signed up. Check my trouble tickets and support logs and you will see that I've been asking for the same problems to be fixed since I signed up! THINKING OF A NEW ACCOUNT HERE, BEWARE, AVOID, DON'T DO IT. |

It's amazing how one persons lack of patience equates to "bad reviews". I own two accounts, and a friend of mine owns his own. We've had no issues, and the issues we did have are nothing to warrent "OMG DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!" It'd be different if they had loads of down time. Wouldn't it?
Ugg, if this post is 'out of line', please delete. I don't wanna start anything, I just don't like people who are unwilling to wait. |
