Backups and Server Info
Hi,
Does Surpass perform backups of my site, or do I need to do them myself manually? What would you suggest is the best way? Just clicking the "daily" button in the backup section of cPanel? Also, I'm not able to subscribe to a forum for my server because there doesn't seem to be one for sh145. Any ideas? Thanks! Majicman ![]() |

We keep daily and weekly backups of all of our Shared/Reseller accounts. But it's always smart to keep a local backup, just in case.
Kayla might be able to help you out with the sh145 forum issue. |

We are working on integrating all the server info within the status page (the link you can find on the top of our main site) ... got a little sidetracked and need to make an announcement on that. I will let you know when it is ready! For now if you notice a burp with that server at all, just post a thread here and we will help/update you.

Thanks guys! So far, very impressed! I really like the fact that you have an active forum that is publicly available, and that members of your staff actually read and respond!
