Is this system set up so that when I set up a client's hosting, it will automatically email them to let them know how that I have created their account and how they can upload their website, etc.? If so, how do I do that?

Thanks
Mish

No. WHM will email the site admin announcing that an account has been created, deleted or upgraded, but there is no client/email support. There are a few options, one being the WHM Autopilot that Surpass provides for a fee. Others include, PHPManager (~$40), WHMManager (free-GPL) and many others. Most of these required some experience to make them work, but I suspect Autopilot doesn't. It's written for WHM/cPanel and Surpass probably has a standard install with all the variable set.

fwwebs is correct. You need a supplementary system to do this with. The AutoPilot that we have available will do it, but requires a licensing fee of $20/month or $140 one time. We can do the installation of the program for a one time fee of $20, but you still have to go through and add all of your configuration settings for packages and the such.
