I sent in a helpdesk ticket to Sales, but wanted to see if anyone on the forum could offer any advice until I get a reply...
I opened a hosting account (monthly payments) in May, and just noticed that I haven't been charged for my account since I made the first payment. As far as I know, I was supposed to be billed automatically (?); I did not sign up through Paypal. I haven't received any notices, and I find that I can't log in to my client account to check on my payment status. (However, I also had trouble logging in to my account when I first signed up. This was resolved, but it seems to be happening again). My site is up, I only noticed the discrepancy when I was glancing through my credit card statement. Any advice? |

I actually had your ticket forwarded to our accounting department to clear things up. It appears that your billing profile was set to "Canceled" however, your account is still active on the server. If a profile is set to a canceled status, it will not charge your credit card.
Our billing department will be able to clear things up for you. If there are any back charges, they will be addressed in the ticket. Regardless, it doesn't appear that you will lose your account or have it go down since you caught this in time, so no need to worry. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend!!! =)
