Still can't log in and having heard back from support.. anyone have any ideas..

the domain is binserver.net

the whm rejects me but the cpan letsme in as a hosted account under the reseller account..

This account is installed on pass3.dizinc.com

To Create a new account:

To access your Web Host Manager, use the following address:

http://66.194.152.70:2086

Username: [usernam]
Password: [password]
First thing you need to do is scroll down on the left and click on 'Add
Package'
so that you can create your own hosting packages. You cannot install a
domain
onto your account without a package created

Hrmm, well, you didn't mention the domain you signed up with, so I am stuck right now. If you would, please send an email to supportsurpasshosting.com with the domain name you registered your account with. I have a feeling that the order system didn't create your account automatically, which has happened a couple of times in the past month.

This may work, now that your domain has resolved. I hope that this is what you are looking for.
