Still can't log in and having heard back from support.. anyone have any ideas..

the domain is binserver.net

the whm rejects me but the cpan letsme in as a hosted account under the reseller account..

This account is installed on pass3.dizinc.com

First thing you need to do is scroll down on the left and click on 'Add
Package'
so that you can create your own hosting packages. You cannot install a
domain
onto your account without a package created

Hrmm, well, you didn't mention the domain you signed up with, so I am stuck right now. If you would, please send an email to supportsurpasshosting.com with the domain name you registered your account with. I have a feeling that the order system didn't create your account automatically, which has happened a couple of times in the past month.
