Hello!
I signed up for hosting and domain name through Surpass, and I got back an email saying: "You have registered the following domain(s): vielburgen.com registration FAILED! (Submitted for credit)" Does this mean I have to resubmit my order, or that I just need to talk to you guys about it to get it fixed? I may have missed something but from what I could see the email didn't tell me how to go about fixing the problem. The order for my webhosting went through fine, but the domain registration seems to have failed. I checked "whois.net" before asking for the domain and it said it's available. If it helps, here are the order numbers I was given: 2CheckOut.com Order Number: 31494 - 13198952 Surpass Hosting Invoice Num: 698173194 Thank you for any assistance you can offer, Mari |

You should have emailed support about this. But I have re-submitted the domain now and it looks like it went through. Everything should be resolving for you within about 3 days max.

Hello, I'm sorry for any inconvenience, the email didn't say what to do and sometimes the email addresses you get sent mail *from* aren't email addresses you can actually respond *to* so I didn't know what to do. I did get curious later and tried to log onto surpassdomains and it listed my domain has having failed and gave an email address to respond to. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience, I forgot to post here saying I'd contacted support.
Thank you for addressing the situation though, I own a few other domains and hosting plans through Surpass and I'm very impressed with the services you offer and the prices, and so far, with the support! :surpass: |

surpasshosting.com if it is a major issue. If it is a general issue you think a normal user could help you with, then post here. ![]()
