Hi,
yesterday I registered a domian at surpassdoamins.com but I still didnt pay for it, actually the link to the payment info didnt work with me, I know that the problem is from my browser! so is there any other secure way to send my payment info, I dont think that my email is secure enough! my member name at surpass is Lollym . also, I'm having the same problem with the hosting, I've completed all the steps but when its comes to the payment step, the link wont work with me! and how long will my domain stay and wont expire if I didnt pay? beacuse I'm not the one who will pay for it, my dad will! and he will come back home after 4 days! so I hope you could wait 'till he comes back?! (I know thats so stupid!) anyways, thanx Lolly |

um I'm half asleep but i think it might be your cookies you could try enabling all cookies

ok, nevermind. i figured it out
 but where could I pay for my domain when I log in from the members page? there isnt any link?! like I've said before I registered it but I still didnt pay! |

Hi.
What you're going to need to do is send an email to support  surpasshosting, with all the information you used to sign up for your site or domain. Those guys and gals there are well versed in all aspects.  george
