Okay Im EXTRA CONFUSED :blink: Okay i got an account today and surpass sent me an email telling me to change the lil DNS thingamajigger to that ip and i went to the manage domain and went to the DNS information and it had the DNS20.surpasshosting.com and all that and i typed in the ip address on both then i press submit and the dns20 stuff came back into the blank am i doing this right?? im confused

Did you register the domain with SurpassDomains.com?
You didn't have to do anything if you did. It is automatic.

I will check it out for you.

You should be selecting Custom Nameservers, and putting in
dns19.surpasshosting.com
dns20.surpasshosting.com
