Since I'm a new customer I think this is the best place for me to ask this. Where should I suggest a knowledge base article?
During the presales process one of the things I wanted to know was what PHP libraries were installed on shared hosting accounts. I could find the similar information about PERL modules in the demo cpanel, but I think a KB article listing available PHP libraries (and logically a KB article listing PERL modules would be easier to find than through the demo cpanel) would save presales an email or so. Consequently, when I asked this question of presales they suggested running phpinfo on my account. This is not the right answer if I'm wanting to find this out as a perspective customer before I have an account. |

Sure, we can do that.
Basically, we can install just about any module one could want. So when you sign up and it is not there, ask support about it. * Will include that in the article.

Also,
I have made a phpinfo file on one of the servers for this very purpose. Just need to update the knowledge base about it. Teq? View http://fresh.surpasshosting.com/phpinfo.php for the php information.
