Wow! It took me a year to figure out what hosting provider I wanted to go with, the packages were great when I first joined. Although I got off to a bad start with surpass (Mango's various problems), this is really great value for money and I'm so glad I decided to be hosted here.

My account wasn't upgraded, but I just sent a ticket in so hopefully that will get sorted.

Same here, BlindEyes! I had a horrible start with Surpass because of Mango issues, but once I found out my site wasn't helping to solve the problem since it took up so many resources, (oops! ), and I was moved to a semi-dedicated server, everything's been peachy! There's only been one time that Fresh has gone down, and it was something that was unpreventable and would have happened SOMEDAY, so while I was frustrated, I was glad that it was happening at the time, (a low-traffic period), instead of a few months from now when my site might be getting lots of traffic!

Hello Surpass,
I just got word of this change and that old clients also get double the bandwidth and space. I myself haven't seen this change on my cpanel yet. I'm on the server Flash and my website is www.rem-clan.com.

Unforseen: Please email support at supportsurpasshosting.com and tell them your domain name, server, what your space/bandwidth is and what it should be. They will be able to upgrade you.

No problem!

Random thought that just came to me: Surpass is godly.
