Do both the main and reseller accounts get double storage space with this new upgrade?

I have a Bronze Reseller account that I have/had 3 gigs of space each for my reseller and main account and would like to know if both get doubled.

All reseller accounts regardless of the plan, get 10GB of bandwidth for the free, main account.

Everything else gets upgraded, please email support

surpasshosting.com if your resources don't reflect the changes.

I opened a support ticket earlier. My reseller account (Bronze) was upgraded from 3 gigabytes of space to 7 gigabytes of space, but the main account is still at 3 gigabytes. The individual who worked on the ticket said the following:

"The free account does not get upgraded along with the reseller package."

By "free account", he meant my main account, obviously. So, what's the story? Thanks for the fast reply, btw.

I have not been upgraded. Just sent in a ticket. Also asked to be moved up to the Delux plan. Just to good a deal not to with the new plans.

amazing... simply amazing!! I was already going to recommend surpass as the host for a business site i'm working on, but this just tops that right off... i'm gonna make sure they go with you guys
