New customer :D
Heylo!
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Nara.  New customer here as of last night. I've been a personal domain owner for just a bit over a year. My hosting experience hasn't been the best in the past few months. My first host went out of business without notice in January. Last week, my new host did the same thing. Here's to hoping my experience with Surpass will be much better!Anyway, I have just one simple question. I'm pretty sure of the answer, but just wanted to check and make sure. :lol3: The additional add-on domains are truly a one-time fee, right? Not recurring yearly? Anyhow, that's all for now. :brief: Thanks!

That's the sad thing, so many people are creating hosting services sometimes as a hobby and then when they gather clients (which should be inspiring!) or become a dentist, they poof and are gone.
I'm sure you'll be here forever. :stereo: Might as well start relaxin'. OoOoO and I love the name pyreflies... nice! |

I'm sincerely hoping that I have found a host that I can stick with now. Judging from the way your other customers are ecstatic about your services, I can't see why I won't be! :roll: And teq- thanks, though I can't be credited with coming up with the name 'pyreflies'.. it's from a video game.  *sweatdrop*Hahaha these smilies are amusing.. :reddance:

lol, it's almost like the customers here have a Surpass cult going on ^_____^
Another question- On the order form, where it says referral ID, is that your customer area login name? A friend of a friend wants to buy hosting and put me as the referrer. Or do you have to be an affiliate for this to work? If not, what are the benefits, if any, of having people put you as their referrer?
