Currently I am with cheapwebhost.us. I have had a resellers account with them for a couple of years. They have been ok up until about 4 months ago then service has dropped to nill.

In doing a search I came across Surpass and Hostdime. They do both list the same address on their web sites. In some of the forums they seem to say that they are the same company, some seem to say they are not, which is correct? If they are the same why the price differance?

Here is some complaints that I have about my current provider:

Very slow response time. What have you seen for responce times to problems?

No Phone Number for support. Does Surpass have a Phone number to talk to a real person?

Servers up down up down... What hs pen your experiance with down time?


Naturally after having problems one tends to be gun shy.

Normaly very fast
No surpass does not but hostdime does (I think surpass has one in the plans)
Surpass downtimes are almost non existant but at the most expect to see under 0.1% downtime
dont worry with surpass

Surpass has cheaper plans and less plans to pick from actually.
