Resetting of Account Username Not Sent.

Hi admins,

I've been trying to log into my CPanel using the default emails that were sent over when I paid for a plan. (earlier today).

Been trying to reset but no emails have arrived.

Anyways, is there someone I can PM or Email with regards to changing my User ID? (intention of shortening the name)

Thanks in advance!

Greetings,
sennsi

Email supportsurpasshosting.com with your account information and billing details. They can get it done for you.

I think the password reset feature has been disabled (correct me if i'm wrong) because people were resetting/having the passwords for accounts they knew the username to. And truthfully, it's easy to find the username of cpanel as long as you know the domain name. :hiding:

This says different: http://www.surmunity.com/18178-post.html

But all that matters is that it is disabled.
