Resetting of Account Username Not Sent.
Hi admins,
I've been trying to log into my CPanel using the default emails that were sent over when I paid for a plan. (earlier today). Been trying to reset but no emails have arrived. Anyways, is there someone I can PM or Email with regards to changing my User ID? (intention of shortening the name) Thanks in advance! Greetings, sennsi |

Email support
surpasshosting.com with your account information and billing details. They can get it done for you.

I think the password reset feature has been disabled (correct me if i'm wrong) because people were resetting/having the passwords for accounts they knew the username to. And truthfully, it's easy to find the username of cpanel as long as you know the domain name. :hiding:
