Account activation is instant, but sometimes some don't receive the welcome email. Mail servers can't be perfect all of the time, unfortunately. Also every new client gets a personal welcome email from our customer service staff, asking how everything went, as evident by looking at our Client Testimonial board. Usually things go smooth. Since you did not receive that apparently or ticket replies, can you PM me what your domain name is and an alternate email address that we can send your info to. Thank you for your patience, I am glad that you posted here so we know what is going on. That's what the forum is for.

Actually from reading some other posts, I realize what your domain name is. Please send me a PM when you get online so that I discuss this with you and send your info.

Teq,
this is all fine and dandy, I just recieved the confirmation email from you, thank you. I still cannot log in to the CLIENT LOG IN AREA to check out the control panel. Nor do I have any instructions for uploading my site to your server. I wish to do this and view it on your end before I switch over my DNS. My website cannot go down during this transition.

I had resent the welcome email to you, as you needed. It contains all of this information. The place you log into (the server) is the control panel (cPanel).

The client area is for resending your welcome email and editing your account info with us, I will PM you the username and password.

This also shows the time that I created your account and sent you the welcome email,

http://chopchop.surpasshosting.com/~teambaja/

It is the path to your website.

In regards to your questions in the PM, these questions could help others who search for these terms, so I will post them.

FrontPage extensions are available in the control panel. You can use FrontPage or FTP.

If you want to change your username just PM me with what you would like it to be. You can change your own password in the cPanel.

You can use index.htm or index.html for your main page, either will work.

The links to cPanel are in your welcome email.

An example is
http://ipaddresshere:2082

or

http://chopchop.surpasshosting.com:2082

After DNS propagates:

http://www.yoursite.com/cpanel

or

http://www.yoursite.com:2082
