No i am not religious if you want to know
When did he use the name "Jesus" in vain?

He said "hell."

Also, being possibly named after a religious figure does not set your religion, or dictate how you should live your life.

My name, Michael, is the name of one of the Arch Angels, though I do not live my life worrying about being "holy" by not swearing.

I submitted a ticket.
I sent two emails.
I created this thread.
I left a voicemail for your company.

In December, as you all know, everything was erased so I had to wait almost a week then restore my data from older backups, which helped but did not have everything. I was left in the dark with no information and no assistance. An email saying "Sorry, its down, we're working on it" would have been great.

I was offered a measly free month of hosting and an apology -- fine, whatever. It was back up and running and I decided to move on.

Then I go to pay more for increased services, and find myself stuck in line like I'm at the **** DMV. At least government offices have number indicator telling you when your turn is coming.

I dont have a point, I'm just rambling and needed to let off some steam. I look forward to upgrading my account.

Letting off steam is good.

Make sure you backup your data at least once per week. Cpanel will let you do that quite easily!

Fortunately the semester has ended so having remote storage isn't as important as it was earlier.

I did PM teq.
