Urgent support request response time?
Hi.
We signed up for the dedicated server 3 days ago. Today the server has been setup, and we've posted the urgent request about the DNS for the server to support  SurpassHosting.com more than 8 hours ago. There is no reply yet.Also, we cannot reach you on AIM. Could you please let us know when we can expect to get the reply? Regards, A.D. |
