I am assuming you guys are busy....
I am assuming you guys are busy because of the promotion weekend since I sent a ticket into technical support they responded within 15 minutes and told me they would foward the ticket to sales, I still have still yet to get a response... I will post the ticket here maybe someone can help me?

You have to wait, give it some time and things would be smooth. I just order a plan and not the 2 for 1 deal (2 days before it took place; What I know, I don't need it).
