I am haveing problems with mine and was just wondering if this a common occurance or what as im really only again getting 10mbit speeds, it was fine for a few days and now just this morning has take a mayjor dump. By default you have only a 10mbit connection i have had mone upgrade to 100mbit however this server is only pushing 500-600kbs to the net which is more like 5mbit. Anyone else have this problem?

There is a thread about support having to dump a router last night and reboot it. Perhaps that router contained configuration about your port speed. As you are probably aware, the server NIC is a 10/100, so the permitted rate is configured at a switch/router.

no
no when I fxp to some other 100mbits i get very pour speeds, I can send to it fairly fast however its upload speed to the net is only about 900kbs max at the moment. should peak out around 14-15Mb/s however even 3000kbs would be fine but 900kbs is just too slow.

Support may have to fine-tune their router and their firewalls. I noticed some extra latency in ping-packets too.
I'd just email support and ask them to start tweeking - and to ensure that the switch that your server is connected to is configured to support you at full 100mb rate - because that is what you paid for. John
