You are sent an email when your account is set up.

They meant they got their email.

ohhh thanks, but i don't know if theres something wrong, but i can't seem to get emails from surpass...i forgot my password to login the forum...requested a new one...many times, no email, no anything, mailed support for help and nothing...

Support can't help with forum accounts. You have to ask an admin like me.

I think sam was helping you and didn't see your username registered. Started with a c I believe? I'll check again.

And what's your domain name? You can send me an email with it.

yep, sam helped me and it worked out great, i was just wondering because i thought maybe my email didnt work for surmunity or something? and i was starting to get worred

uhh teq? I tried to mail you through the forum but it said you do not wish to recieve emails so i mailed you through my personal email account...with my domain and stuff...umm is there anything else i should do?
