CPANEL Login prob - help pls
Hi, I just bought a reseller acct, and the problem is I'm not able to access the cpanel for my Main account..
my main actt username is ps2chea i entered this in the URL http://66.195.18.235:2082/ got the login window, entered the correct username and pwd, then got a page not found error then i tried logging on to ftp://66.195.18.235, and that works with the ps2chea username and password.. u/l an index.html to test out.. http://66.195.18.235/~ps2chea/ displays the index.html .. try logging to cpanel again and no go.. then i tried logging on to WHM with ps2chea username and that works, created a new account there, try logging onto cpanel on that new addon account and that works, so.. the main account cpanel is not working.. can somebody help me out?? thanks |

The cPanel for your main account had the wrong theme for some reason. I changed it to the x theme and now it works. Before I figured that out, I did change your password.. so please email me (my address is under my name) and I will tell you the new pass. Sorry, there is a lot going on in the forum today.
