Question SSL & rsync.

How do I apply for a SSL access. SSL isn't listed in the add-on services. The whole cPanel experience is making me bit frustrated when I want to do something trivial.
I've emailed sales, but I haven't got a reply. (Probably because I haven't paid yet, since I can't select it from add-on services)
Can anybody help me?
J.

Yes of course. DUH! But I am not so sure I'll need it, I am getting more familiar with cPanel. Updating is still a pain, though...

Mostly lazyness, I develop the website locally, and then use rsync or cvs to update changed files. I'll see if I can find a decent ftp syncher (is that even a word?) . But $20 for the convenience of SSH is not much, anyway.

Well I don't see it, can anyone point to where its under? That will save me the case from asking if we can get OpenSSL (which is free).
