Changing of hosting plan
We have register domain at surpasshosting and mistakenly choose
deluxe hosting plan (actually we need reseller "surpass" plan). How we may switch from delux to reseller plan with keeping registered domain name? |

You'd have to e-mail the billing dept by e-mailing billing
 surpasshosting.com with your request and they will change it for you. It may take them up 72 hours to process your request, so be patient. Be sure to include your name, domain name, and your specific request to change rate plans.  |
