two webmaster connect to support by one email?
i dont know exactly it but i set one email for buy host. so i send email to support with this email. we are two webmasters. we want connect to support with two email. is this posible?

you can send support tickets to support from ANY email as long as you provide details on what you're trying to do - and your account / domain.

so what about security in that case.
for example someone send mail to support and said lost cp pass. then support send pass to him/her ???? thanks in advance
