It has been so long, my domain expired... figit.net
so I have it renewed, but now I'm not sure what else to do. My hosting was through surpasshosting, and all the DNS info (according to surhosting "manage" category) is still correct... anyone know where I could start in getting my site back up? anything greatly appreciated... |

Can you please send an email to billing, with your domain name, method of payment when you started the account, and full name. It can be taken from there.

I appreciate the fast response, but now I'm looking for an email, would it be just billing[at]surpasshosting.com or surpassdomains.. i would assume hostingm but of course i'm just double checking

So far I can see you need to change your DNS at SurpassDomains.
When your domain expired, the DNS were set to default DNS that point to a placeholder page. The DNS you should have the domain set to are, dns7.surpasshosting.com dns8.surpasshosting.com You are on the server Sea, those are the DNS for it. You just need to contact billing for the rest. |
