What should i do now?

What should i do now when surpasshosting.com took my money from the bank and didn't give me my account. I tried to contact with them but i got no reply back. Pleaase give me some ideas. Thanks

Reciept number is the number of your ticket. It should say this inside the email or in that auto-reply.

I might be wrong.

If you paid by Paypal or 2CO you get a separate email from them confirming your purchase. There is a number in that email - a transaction ID.

That is your Receipt number.

I got that. I got email from support[at]surpasshosting.com , and they said they will stranfer my ticket to billing depart., but i didn't hear anything from billing dept. They didn't reply my mail. So what should i do now.

Unlike the support department which is open 24/7, the billing department works on regular business hours, Monday thru Friday. Please allow them at least one business day to reply back to your ticket.

But, I assure you, if there is any error in billing, they will promptly refund the amount to you.
