Server Questions

Possilbly. They don't often inter-mingle Reseller and Shared though.

Were you upgraded from a Shared account?

hMMM.

I'd email support and ask. Perhaps there was not a 'reseller' server available due to the moving of servers and such the last couple days...

you can also upload a function with the phpinfo() function in it and hit that from a web browser.

I suppose they just set up a reseller account on a shared server. I'm sure it will be all fixed.

Sometimes if a shared account is upgraded to reseller package we do not move the site. Sometimes a customer wants to be moved to another server, and we move it to one that we think it would fit well on. There are more situations besides those.
