I ordered at surpass about a year ago, and the email I used is way outdated. I have updated the Cpanel contact info, but I don't know how or if I can get into my.surpasshosting.com - The email I used I can no longer check.

i just noticed that the missing account is the one that i got during the by one get one free promotion. i signed up one site (sisyphean) while logged into the client area, and it is in there, but the site (postbaroue) that i used for the free account is not in there. maybe it has something to do with billing? does it matter if its in there?

In the database that we see, it shows your free account there and we can search for it. So it doesn't matter that it isn't in there.
