help
i want to install a phpbb forum but i dont know how to do it? do i put it into my ftp but if so then i dont know the correct ftp address so i cant log in im using smart ftp

Well, you can install using ftp, but that tends to take longer and is more difficult...
But Surpass gives us this GREAT option of Scripta, which you access through your cpanel (it's the little penguin) and you can just click on phpBB in the list (it's near the bottom), and fill in the instructions for it. It'll install it all for you automatically. And about your login using FTP... I don't know exactly, it could be as simple as you don't know the password, in which case you can reset it in cpanel.

Just as some extra information.
The FTP address for your server is ftp.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain is the domain name you signed up with) and the username and password are the same as you use to login to use your control panel. You will also find this information (and some extra useful factoids) in the welcome e-mail you received after signing up. -wolf |

What's the site that you're trying to make it at? The direct link to it?
And did you get confirmation through cpanel that it was created?

it said setup is compelete www.haxposed.com.forum is not setup but thats the forum i am trying to make it wont work i want a fourm and i just bought my account and domian name today can you help me setup my forum phpbb

matt -
try to keep this all in ONE THREAD. you can't use the domain name until it's propagated. You can use the direct IP address as RAI has previously told you. Your forum is actually there already! John
