ok forget what i said in my last post i need to get started...........i bought my domain name and it says temporary s http://66.195.127.194/~haxpose/
ok now what does it mean when im ready to publish my site to do what with thouse files.........so what do i do with them.......and i went to the domain name i bought and it is haxposed.com and the page cannot be displayed so i dont get it......but please help me with what i do on my site

if anybody can help me plz and if you are active as of this minuite add me to msn my sn : stfuplz522[at]hotmail.com i am in need of help plz!

Okay, I think I know your problem, and I'm going to use this post to address all your issues...

First, you said you only just registered your domain. You'll need to 1) make sure you domains DNS is pointing at the Surpass server... they would have given you where you need to point it in the welcome letter they sent you. You have to log into where you registered the domain to do that... or if you got it through Surpass Domains, then you can email support and have them do it. and 2) you need to give that domain time to propagate, which means you need to give the internet time to catch up with the change of where you want the domain to point to. That's usually done in 24-48 hours.

I think that revolves around most of your problems. Your ftp won't work until that happens, at least not using ftp.haxposed.com. You could access your ftp using that IP address (66.195.127.194/) and your login/password though.

As for your forum, it has been created and exists at http://66.195.127.194/~haxpose/forum/. Of course, until you get your domain working, you cant' do anything with it really.

To get your domain working once you've set the DNS to what Surpass gave you only takes time. You can't rush it. Where did you buy your domain, and did you make any changes to it since you purchased it?

And to access your ftp right now, use "66.195.127.194/" (without the "s) as the address, and the same login-in and password as in your welcomining email.

Have you made a website on your computer to go there? If so, open a "Local Browser" in Smart FTP by clicking on the "FTP" title in the toolbar, and "Local Browser" then locate the files on your computer (it's just like using Windows Explorer". Then just drag and drop it into the "public_html" directory in the window that would have popped open when you connected to your website.

And your phpBB forum is set up, and can be viewed at: http://66.195.127.194/~haxpose/forum/index.php

But you should wait until your domain name has propogated, and you can see it when you type in www.haxposed.com into your browser, before you try to do any work on the forum.
