im using smart ftp and i try to enter ftp.haxposed.com and my username and pass but it says no such host is found

Is your domain working yet? When you go to www.haxposed.com does it work? If not you either have to wait for it to *proprogate?* or "work" or use the server ip.

Matt -
when you buy a domain you have to assign it "name servers". These are given to you by your host. So, you punch in those server names at your registrar. If you buy at Surpass, they do it for you but you can check in your control panel.

Once this is done, it takes "the internet" about 24-72 hours to learn that your NAME is the same as that IP address you were given.

That is called "propagating"

Once it's propagated, everyone in the world will be able to type in your domain name instead of "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/~username" and they'll get right to your site!

i setup the dns server thing and i think ill just wait

if you use a good FTP program (filezilla.sourceforge.net) you can just type in the IP address (without the user name) and then use the Cpanel user ID and password to log in. That will take you to your space on the server.

Once you're there, change to the public_html directory.

Then put your files there. or install a script, or whatever.
